6) PLAN AHEAD FOR ALL POSSIBLE TURNS

FACING A BET
1) What is their realistic range and board texture?
vs strong range: we continue with strong range -> rarely check/raise as a bluff
-eg. UTG+2 cbet on [KQ5]
-be very cautious and tight, we can check/raise strong hands and get paid off very often
vs wider range: we continue wider with value and bluffs
-eg. BTN cbet [J72] rainbow
-we defend very wide and check/raise wide (gutshots and BDs)
vs aggro barrelers we can check/call strong value hands

When both ranges are wide...
If opponent bets polarized (bluffs and good value)
-we check/call a lot with value and showdown hands + check raise occasionally with bluffs
If opponent bets depolarized (full range)
-check/raise lots of good/medium value hands and draws
If opponent bet linear range (only very strong value)
-check/call very good value often, fold weak value and check/call draws
-we do not bluff at all

2) What are the tendencies of bettor vs check/raise?
-tight? (we check/call more with value and check/raise with draws)
-strong? (we check/raise with good value and check/call with draws)

3) What are the barreling tendencies of bettor?
-bluff/barrel alot? (we all more with strong value)
-shuts down often? (we check/raise with good value and check/call with draws)

HAND STRENGTHS
-usually check/calling with 1 pairs and draws-> dont check/raise often with top pair
-check/raising 2pair+ and good draws
make sure with draws we have good fold equity and always plan for future streets
-check/folding weak pairs and weak draws
especially multiway
-check/calling strong hands on dry boards
-vs aggro opponents, we check/raise our bluffs and check/call our value
-check/raising more on wet boards with both strong value and bluffs
-check/raising more multiway with best values and strong draws

-we can fold right away as there are no good run outs for us
